Just did a quick Google Map. I'm only seeing Rt 87 as having a toll, which should be about $6 from Albany to the end (one-way).

Toll calculator here: http://www.nysthruway.gov/tolls/calc/index.html

You need to know the exits that you will be getting on and off to have an accurate amount.
