It's JCACD's yearly Japanese Picnic! I put the event under cosplay events, because Masako is urging our club to get involved and wear cosplay to the event! Here's what the flyer says:

Japanese Cultural Association of Captial District invites you to:
Japan Disaster Fundraising Potluck
August 27 (Sat) 2011, Noon to 3pm

Events: Food, Drum, Martial Arts, Crafts, Games, Bon-odori Dance
Admissions: $5/adult, $3/child, wear-your-yukata for $2 discount

Either is fine -- You get a discount if you wear a yukata, and you help support the club if you wear a costume
